A day among the mountain pastures
A full day among the mountain pastures of the Friulian Dolomites, with high-altitude stops and a traditional lunch.
Service Description
A full day in the heart of the Friulian Dolomites, with time to truly stop. We depart from Calalzo in the morning and head toward Friuli, where the buggy routes traverse lesser-traveled yet equally beautiful territory. The mountain hut is the central stop of the day: local cuisine, local products, the rhythm of days spent working in the pastures. Lunch is paid for directly at the hut; it's not included in the tour price, so you can choose what to order and how long to stay. After lunch, we set off for the second part of the tour: a panoramic viewpoint, a refuge, a stretch of road worth driving. The afternoon is when the landscape changes light and the mountains reveal another side. In total, a full day, six or seven hours of experience between driving, stops, and the scenery. This is the tour for those who want to experience the mountains at their own pace. A guide vehicle will lead the entire route. You need a category B license and be eighteen years of age to drive. We'll meet in Calalzo di Cadore; I'll confirm the exact location when you book. The transfer to Friuli is part of the tour. Bring comfortable closed shoes and a windproof jacket. We'll take care of the rest: buggy, helmet, insurance, and guide. A buggy can accommodate two people. The price is €450 per buggy, not per person. Lunch at the mountain hut is paid for directly on site.
